For your safety, we work with a law office which prepares, verifies and checks all the documents signed between us and our Clients.
Before it is imported to Poland, each vehicle is checked in the European Register of Vehicles to make sure that it has no legal defects, such as no deregistration, theft, unreleased lien, etc. After the Client has selected the vehicle, we proceed to signing a sales contract where all the transaction details will be specified. Then we discussed the terms and conditions of financing.
Automilan also offers a Client an option to reserve the selected vehicle, in which case signing a preliminary sales contract and the payment of a deposit is required.
If the Client has been seeking financial leasing or a loan and is refused such financing for reasons beyond his control, the deposit will be returned in full.
We also use a vehicle specification sheet, which contains a detailed description of additional accessories and fixtures in a given vehicle.
The final document is the Delivery & Acceptance Report, which the Client may use to verify whether all the items mentioned in the specification are actually found in the vehicle at the time of delivery.
